How long do our wigs last?

With proper care, our human hair wigs can last well over a year, providing durable, long-lasting style options.

What is HD lace, and why is it beneficial?

MNSH Hair wigs are predominantly made using HD Lace frontals, as they provide the most natural hairline.

Typically, the market has 3 main lace types - Transparent lace, Swiss lace, and HD lace. Transparent is the thickest (and hardest to blend) lace type, and HD is the thinnest (and easiest to blend). Swiss lace sits in the middle of these two.

We choose to use the thinnest lace to ensure that every MNSH Hair wig you buy looks realistic, blending seamlessly with your scalp for an undetectable finish.

How to wash wigs/maintain MNSH Hair wigs?

Washing:

Gently wash your wig with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner - available from our store.

As most of our wigs have an HD Lace frontal, you must wash it delicately.

Our advice for removing wig glue residue from the lace is to massage some conditioner on the glue, and then use the tongue scraper side of a toothbrush to gently peel it off. Do this in small sections using a circular motion, and the glue should easily be removed. For tougher areas, use the brush side.

Always air-dry your wig to maintain its style and prevent damage.

Pro Tip: Use a small amount of leave-in conditioner at the end of the wash to ensure the wig stays moisturised and silky.

Maintenance:

We suggest detangling most of our wigs with a brush rather than a comb. When wearing the wig once installed, we also advise you to sleep with a bonnet or silk/satin scarf.

When not using the wig, store it in the MNSH Hair satin bag provided.
